Don't have access to an email address?
If you no longer have access to the email address you entered when creating your K12jobs.com account, please send an email to [email protected] and include:
- The first and last name listed on your K12jobs.com account.
- The street address listed on your K12jobs.com account.
- Employers: Name of the school.
Upon receipt of the above, we will email you your K12jobs.com user information.
To modify your Email Preferences:
- Sign in to your candidate account.
- On the main page left column, click the "Update My Resume" link.
- The personal information form appears, modify your primary email address listed in this form.
- Click the "Apply" button.
To whitelist K12jobs.com
In order to make sure that K12jobs.com's newsletters and service announcements make their way through your spam filters, please whitelist us using the following instructions:
- Gmail users with new K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Click the blue "Contacts" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click the "Create Contact" link.
- In the "Primary Email" field, add [email protected].
- Click the "Save" button.
- Gmail users with existing K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Click the blue "Spam" link on the left side of any Gmail page.
- Check the box next to our newsletter.
- Click the "Not Spam" button at the top.
- Add [email protected] as a contact, as described above.
- Hotmail users with new K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner of your Inbox.
- Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link.
- Click the "Safe List" link.
- Add [email protected] into the "Type an address or domain" field.
- Click the "Add" button.
- Hotmail users with existing K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab, click the "Junk Email Folder" link on the left side of your Inbox. If it contains the [email protected] address, open the email and click the "Not Junk" button.
- Add [email protected] to your Safe List, as described above.
- Yahoo users with new K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Under the "Mail" tab of your mailbox, click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
- Under the "Management" column, click the "Filters" link.
- Click the "Add" link.
- In the "From header:" field, select "contains" and add [email protected].
- From the "Choose Folder" pull down menu, select "Inbox."
- Click the "Add Filter" button.
- Yahoo users with existing K12jobs.com subscriptions
- Open your Yahoo Bulk folder. If it contains the [email protected] address, open the email and click the "Not Spam" button.
- Set up a filter, as described above.
