Qualifications:  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Required Minimum of three to five years of directly relevant experience with compensation and process design Experience working with union contracts Experience working on multiple complex, detail-heavy projects Understanding of Federal and state regulations governing compensation and employment including: Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Preferred: Compensation Certification or Human Resource Certification (SHRM or HRCI)

Description:  THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of various compensation programs and Collective Bargaining Agreements to support the District’s needs and attract and retain the best talent. The Compensation Analyst will first and foremost be a strong analytical thinker and self-motivator who maintains a high level of detail-orientation with confidentiality, objectivity, accuracy, and integrity.

Salary:  $45,900 to $64,260
